Most recently, he very kindly obtained some important historic ledgers for me incredibly quickly. This was hugely helpful and once again demonstrated the level of care, responsiveness and personal commitment he brings to his clients. As a property developer, I regularly deal with transactions and legal matters where clear advice, commercial understanding and absolute confidence in the solicitor acting for you are essential. Michael has consistently given me that confidence. He is extremely knowledgeable, pragmatic, approachable and always takes the time to understand both the legal position and the commercial realities behind it. Over the years, Michael and the wider team at Woodfines have provided an outstanding service and have always made me feel that my matters genuinely matter to them. Don't trust there quoted price as when sale completed they take 3.5 time's the amount of money and then won't pick up phone. So guilty they can't talk , found out now that it's happening a lot as the removal company informed me.Reported to law society. Paul Evans

THIEVES House sale completed today and woodfines decided to take £5,000 rather than the quoted price of £1,200 for land registry,now they won't answer my calls also charged vat without giving vat number that is illegal. Have reported to HMRC and Law society. Paul Evans

IMPORTANT. NOTICE Do not use . I have been waiting for land registry for nearly a year Woodfines quoted £1,200,when completed they took without asking £5,000 . Now they won't answer calls. Do not use . I have now found out that it it normal for Suzanna to do this. I have reported to law society but I understand this will take a bit of time. Paul Evans
