Amazing experience as a first time buyer!
As a first time buyer we could not have had a better experience. We'd heard stories from friends and family how solicitors are slow to reply, they drag out the process and generally make things take much longer than they should. Our experience was the complete opposite, we were able from viewing to completetion get this done in 7 weeks. We could not have done this without Anna Thompson and the team at SAS, I will be recommending them to anyone I can! Exemplary service, thank you so much!

I can’t recommend Steph Brayshay at SAS Daniels LLP enough. She was everything you’d hope for in a solicitor, responsive, incredibly efficient, and so patient in explaining anything I didn’t understand or was worried about. I’d spoken to a couple of solicitors before finding her, and had already experienced the typical delays and poor communication people often warn about when buying a property. But with Steph, it was the complete opposite, she was always one step ahead, kept me informed at every stage, and made the whole process feel smooth and manageable. A big thank you as well to Lizzy Crowther, her assistant, who had the same quality of service, lovely to deal with and always quick to help and keep me informed. I’d absolutely go back to SAS Daniels & Steph again for any future purchase, working with them was genuinely a pleasure.

Libby and Georgia were great. Both sides of the chain had issues with their solicitors, as have most people I have spoken to recently on the subject. It's the second time they have assisted with us moving house and there's never been an issue. I would definitely use them again if we have to move in the future.

Great Service for a 2nd time
I've now used SAS Daniels for the second time on a second house purchase and I've found the team to be very professional and very reassuring. House purchases are stressful at the best of times, and my journey was not an easy one, but Libby and Georgia followed by Jo and Hannah were so helpful and patient through quite a long and tedious process. I'm very appreciative of the time and effort they spent on the transaction while keeping me sane along the way.

We had a great experience with SAS Daniels, particularly Jessica Griffiths and Anna Thompson in the conveyancing team. From start to finish, they were proactive and kept us fully up to date throughout both the sale of our property and the purchase of our new home.
