I have been fortunate to have had Tim Jordan represent me in a number of property transactions over the last 20 years, but the latest one has been the most challenging of the lot. A complex lease and a simultaneous change of managing agents created a lot of headwind, but Tim was calm, pragmatic and extremely effective throughout. Absolutely outstanding service! Worth their fees in gold. Partner Andrew Clark and senior associate Sam Alexander Lyon worked tirelessly on what started out as an easy transaction and quickly became more complicated than expected. They took the time to understand my positions, make me aware thoroughly of the risks, were very clearly excellent at communication with me. We managed to complete the transaction in time before the SDLT increase and get favourable position on the deal largely due to the excellent skills displayed by Andrew and Sam. As a solicitor myself, I cannot recommend them heavily enough (especially if your purchase/sale is one that has specific timelines).

This was a protracted transaction due to long delays on the buyers side. However SAS Daniel’s who represented ourselves were extremely methodical and professional at all times. Always trying to get to a completion point as efficiently as possible . I would recommend their services

Professional, friendly and proactive conveyancing
We recently used the services of Aisha at SAS Daniels LLP for the second time in two years to handle the conveyance of the sale of our property and purchase of a new one. Despite some challenging circumstances with a collapsed first sale, the whole process was handled in an efficient way which meant we could get a new buyer lined up and complete without holding the chain up too much. Responses were quick and friendly and effort is always taken to explain anything we struggled to understand at first.
