Jessica solved a legal process involving a complicated matter due to my ex partner still being on the mortgage and land registry . I had tried with another solicitor for a couple of years and got absolutely nowhere . Jessica took on the matter and it was resolved within months . Excellent communications throughout, I can't speak highly enough of Jessica and I wouldn't hesitate to use her services again . Highly recommended

Patience, patience, patience...

Hywel readily took on a slightly unusual case for us. Our house sale became more complicated than we would have liked, but Hywel was always there to guide, advise and support us. It took a long time to reach its conclusion, but patience paid off.

Great experience for our purchase

Hywel dealt with our property purchase and he made it a very easy transaction for us. Queries were dealt with quickly which was very reassuring. Our purchase was from an auction so we had a lot of questions prior to the auction and Hywel spent time going through the Legal pack. Jessica Owen sorted out a complicated legal matter between myself , my ex partner and the mortgage company . Another solicitor was unable to do this after a couple of years of trying . Jessica took on the case and it was resolved within months . Totally professional, excellent communication throughout. I would certainly use Jessica if needed again and comes with high recommendation from myself.
