We instructed Janet to be our solicitor whilst buying a property. Janet always responded to our queries within a couple of days, there were never any delays due to Janet. Jessica Owen sorted out a complicated legal matter between myself , my ex partner and the mortgage company . Another solicitor was unable to do this after a couple of years of trying . Jessica took on the case and it was resolved within months . Totally professional, excellent communication throughout. I would certainly use Jessica if needed again and comes with high recommendation from myself.
GHP Llangollen have been absolutely fantastic throughout our house purchase. Communication has been excellent and anytime we sent a query Lauren was super quick to respond with clear explanations. Nathan showed up to llay police station very eager to get me out of custody. He had told me in the pre statement interview they hadn’t had any evidence on me doing anything and was very keen that I stuck to a no comment interview and when we got in there that’s exactly what I did. When I got out they informed me that the case had been nfa’d until further evidence is found but I was let out and haven’t been charged with anything so far. I did not get a chance to thank Nathan as I was taken straight back to my cell so thank you Nathan, you are a top solicitor and if anyone needs one you will be recommended
