I dealt with Rachael Lee she was the best solicitor I have ever dealt with and all my future works will go through her. We had an awkward situation with a purchase she dealt with it brilliantly. The solicitor never spoke to me. (not once) I was made to purchase a tracking software app, they used it initially, the last part (the bit I wanted sight of) they didn't bother using it. I had to send documents in several times. I had to chase for updates. I felt like I was doing all of the work. I had my sellers estate agent contacting me, as she was told my solicitor was too busy to respond to her questions. I was not impressed. I would not recommend or ever use again.
