Louise handle my house sale, being grade 11 listed thatched property,it wasn't completely straightforward. I alsi needed a linger than usual completion. None of these factors posed any problems, the old deeds and planning over the years were assessed and her advice was sound and insightful. Louise and her team were genuinely supportive through the entire process, regardless of whether our communication was face to face, via email or phone. I am extremely grateful to have dealt with such a profession, efficient and supportive solicitor. Thank you very much.

Nicola saw us through a difficult first home purchase and we couldn't have done it without her calm disposition and tenacious professionalism. She was on it from the word "Go" and made sure we got everything we needed to confidently proceed with the sale. When we reached any hiccups, we always felt safe in the knowledge that she was on the case for us and she kept us updated, informed and reassured, even when things where moving slowly. Her sense of humour was also extremely beneficial when times got hard! She even remained patient with me and my regular sending of panic emails! Thank you so much. We most definitely will be coming back to Nicola and B&B for any future dealings.
