    House Sale

    This sale could have been traumatic throughout, as we were right up to the wire with the looming Stamp Duty increase and my buyer's buyer was very "twitchy". I had every confidence in Charlesworth Nicholl from the moment I first contacted them to ask if they would act for me. They responded promptly, didn't bother me with unnecessary queries and just quietly got on with the job. I can't praise them highly enough. Oh, by the way, we made it.
