Dealing with estate of late mother
Iram Ramzan dealt with my mother’s estate ably assisted by Sophie Snape. I found that Iram and Sophie were both excellent to work with and a great team. They were efficient, prompt to respond and very sensitive. They dealt with challenges calmly and professionally. They were also easy to communicate with which was appreciated. The solicitor who dealt with my mother’s estate from Mustoe Shorter previously, before her retirement, made many mistakes which was frustrating. When Iram took over the case I fear that she had to re-do the work from the previous solicitor which must have doubled her workload. However, she was extremely professional and discreet, so I can only presume that it was challenging for her. I was hugely impressed by her professionalism combined with warmth.
