    First Time Buyer given smoothest sale.

    I recently used Pete Smith as my solicitor when purchasing my first home in Seaton, Devon and I couldn’t be happier with the experience. Pete was always available no matter the time of day and being able to message him on WhatsApp made the whole process feel very personal and reassuring. Any questions, queries or chasing I needed were handled incredibly quickly and I always felt that Pete had my best interests at heart.
