We were introduced to Mr Thomas Iraqi by our estate agent and from our first communication we felt he is the right person to deal with the sale of our property. Further actions and communications confirm that we made the right chose. Mr Thomas Iraqi is a great professional, he is paying attention to smallest details, all advises received were well though and relevant. But what amazed us is his communications approach! I have been dealing with a quite few different property solicitors over the years, but have never ever got this quick, direct communications. He replied to all our enquiries at the same day, always called to confirm and discussed. Overall – it was so easy to be in touch with him! That is one of the main reasons why we managed to complete the sale of our property within two months!!! We can not thank him enough. Great works, super professional, super friendly and efficient. Thomas and his team took on a challenge for me. The mortgage company took ages to issue the mortgage offer which would expire only four week later due to the searches expiration date. This left Thomas and his team with only a small window to do their work. I admit I was nervous that it could be done but thanks to their efforts they completed with time to spare. I can’t say how grateful I am as it would have cost me a small fortune applying for a new mortgage. I just glad that they acted with speed and efficiency. Lovely team to deal with and can’t recommend them enough for their hard work and can do attitude. If I had to phone them and couldn’t get through as they were busy I was never left more than an hour or two before someone got back to me. Emails were acknowledged or actioned the same day.

I was very disappointed with the service I received from RFB Legal Solicitors. In particular, my case was handled by Mrs Yasam Assad, whose approach I found to be rude and unprofessional. I also felt that my relatively straightforward case was not managed competently. Based on my experience, I would not recommend their services.

Very poor experience with this firm as a whole. There were repeated mistakes, including accounting and calculation errors, delays, and serious communication issues. The overall handling of my case caused a lot of unnecessary stress. Be aware of unexpected or unclear costs.

RFB delivered and it made the difference with completing on 4 leases in this financial year, huge impact for the NHS. Their service made that possible. Very grateful. professional and accommodating.
