We were introduced to Mr Thomas Iraqi by our estate agent and from our first communication we felt he is the right person to deal with the sale of our property. Further actions and communications confirm that we made the right chose. Mr Thomas Iraqi is a great professional, he is paying attention to smallest details, all advises received were well though and relevant. But what amazed us is his communications approach! I have been dealing with a quite few different property solicitors over the years, but have never ever got this quick, direct communications. He replied to all our enquiries at the same day, always called to confirm and discussed. Overall – it was so easy to be in touch with him! That is one of the main reasons why we managed to complete the sale of our property within two months!!! We can not thank him enough. Great works, super professional, super friendly and efficient. Very poor experience with this firm as a whole. There were repeated mistakes, including accounting and calculation errors, delays, and serious communication issues. The overall handling of my case caused a lot of unnecessary stress. Be aware of unexpected or unclear costs.
