    Happy ending

    Ours was a very long and frustrating house sale and purchase, with many disappointments (broken chains, last minute changes of heart) along the way. Throughout this time Louise was consistently helpful, professional and supportive. Her communications were always timely, concise and focused on the subject, even when the responses and behaviour of some of her counterparts left much to be desired. We are now happily settled in our new home and are extremely grateful to Louise and her colleagues for sticking with us. I cannot help thinking that, had there been 'Louise clones' representing the other parties involved in these transactions, then the whole thing would have been much easier and quicker.
