Life happens but sometimes not as planned … my divorce 🥲… but professional empathy and the elephant in the room 😏 cost …. didn’t know what to expect but compared to others in similar situation… well recommend… and because of my experience returned for Will ( update will ) and powers of attorney… personable, empathetic, respectful, and I’d go so far as to say … kind … yes , these services aren’t cheap .. BUT my experience with Blandford Bailey has been/is truthful, honest and absolutely ‘no rip off solicitor firm’ … in my opinion would be interested to see if u find better …. Lastly… THANK YOU

Dealing with Wills and Trusts, Jerome is as always clear, professional and inventive . Dealing with the Conveyancing Department was sometimes more difficult and frustrating. We had quite a lot of house matters this year and we found it hard work. However the jobs got done to our satisfaction in the end.

I recently had a serious dispute with my neighbour after she cut a large hole in my mature hedge, this hedge had been properly maintained by me for 15yrs and formed a screen between our two properties. It was clear to me, that I would have to instruct a Solicitor to get this issue resolved. I spoke to Blanchards Bailey LLP, and was directed to Ben Jones and his team in the company’s litigation dept. Ben listened intently to my sad tale of past issues with this difficult neighbour, and the current problem that I was experiencing. After gathering the relevant evidence he entered into communication with my neighbour, pointing out detailed areas, where the law had been infringed by her actions, and how this issue could escalate to an expensive legal action. I was fully supported, and kept informed by Ben and his entire team of professionals throughout the whole process. Which ended quickly, with my cost's being paid in full! I have no hesitation whatsoever in recommending Blanchards Bailey LLP, and their litigation team, and would like to thank Ben Jones, and his very capable team.
