I had full trust in Georgina and Roy who handled my first time buying experience. My only feedback would be that as a first time buyer I wasn’t familiar with the process and terminology, so sometimes felt that things could have been explained more clearly as someone without this knowledge. Overall though this was a minor thing, and I found Stephen Rimmer to be great communicators and I am happy with the service I had.

We had a great experience with Roy from Stephen Rimmer LLC. As first time buyers he, and his team, were able to take us through all the complexities of the buying process without any jargon or condescension. The whole process was smooth and stress free. S. Rimmer LLP were engaged to complete the sale of an apartment after the solicitors I engaged initially failed to provide timely execution of their responsibilities, lacked diligence and without warning suddenly ceased operations. S. Rimmer were recommended (Emily Reed) and they took over the sales process after which everything went smoothly and within 4 weeks contracts were exchanged. They have been engaged again to sell another apartment. Excellent client service.
