We were selling a property and used Stephen Rimmer as our solicitors. The experience was excellent! We cannot recommend them highly enough. Joseph and Ryan responded almost instantly to emails and enabled the sale to go through as quickly as possible. They were really easy to communicate with and very helpful and polite. Emily was amazing from start to finish which also included one false start due to delays by the buyer but Emily stayed with us and guided us through what could have been a very stressful journey. So much of the work was done by Emily without any fuss and her confidence began to rub off on us too. We exchanged, completed and moved into our new home within a week of each other and couldn't be happier with the role Emily played in getting us to this stage. Emily Reed is a star and happy to recommend her to anyone and everyone. There is always an amazing team of people who help deliver such great outcomes and we know they were there helping Emily but she was our primary point of contact and Stephen Rimmer should be proud of all its people and particularly of Emily.

I recently used this company for a probate case, it has taken 4 years to complete, very difficult to get response to queries and received very poor service
We always try to give the best service possible and it is disappointing to learn when our levels of services fall short. We are now in contact and looking to resolve these issues.
