This is my second time using GoodLaw's service, they have been great and easy to communicate with, George got my property sale complete for a reasonable rate and it was a pleasure to work with him.
We worked with George and the team for both the sale of our old house and the purchase of our new one, and cannot recommend him highly enough. Partway through, our original buyer pulled out, but George kept things moving and a new buyer was found without the case losing momentum. Then, right at the last minute, we discovered the house we were buying had unresolved issues with its solar panels that would not be fixed until after completion. This could easily have caused the whole chain to collapse, but George worked quickly to find a solution that let us stick to our original timescale and kept everyone on side. Throughout, he was calm, proactive, and clearly experienced in handling the sort of last-minute problems that can derail a house move. We always felt he was on top of things and looking out for our interests. If you want a solicitor who can keep a transaction on track even when things go wrong, George is exactly who you need.

Great experience using GoodLaw Solicitors for a property purchase in Brighton. George Coomber was very patient in answering all my questions and even responded to an email I sent late on Friday over the weekend. Excellent support from Charlotte and Leon too. Highly recommend them.

Couldn’t recommend Jayne at Good Law Solicitors highly enough. She was brilliant in getting the commercial lease for my new shop in Brighton over the line. The deal got very complicated at times but Jayne was incredibly diligent, professional, and on top of every detail throughout the entire process. GoodLaw Solicitors, and specifically Owen Walsh, were absolutely brilliant. We couldn't have asked for a better service. We had never leased a commercial property before so the process was quite unfamiliar. Owen patiently guided us every step of the way. He answered all our questions promptly and clearly, gave excellent advice and was just generally great to deal with. It made what could have been quite a stressful process much easier. George is by far the best solicitor we could have ever imagined. He is kind considerate organised and knows his job inside out. He kept us informed at all times and dealt with our house sale at lightning speed and never put a foot wrong. His administrator was also kind and very professional.
