The solicitor on my case, Ashlee, was incredibly efficient and helpful when it came to gathering all the documents and submitting my application. Once submitted, she booked my biometrics which was also very easy. Excellent service

Not sure if we caught them at a bad time but the level of service was really poor. Delays on their side cost us a week delay on our move. They lost one of the deeds we hand delivered to the office. We had to take two additional trips to the office to sign paperwork when we could have done it all at once. They constantly blamed our builders lawyers and all communications took place really late in the day so we constantly lost a day each time there was an issue. If it wasn't for me having to get quite firm with them (when I finally managed to get someone on the phone), I think we'd still be waiting. Used them as they were the same firm of solicitors as our developer but I wish we'd kept our own lawyers. Won't be using again.

I could not recommended this company enough. Rhian Lowe was my solicitor and she went above and beyond when dealing with my case, she was extremely supportive, responsive and very professional. I couldn't thank Rhian enough for her amazing work.

In short, I do recommend FJG as they did get the job done in the end, in what was a nightmare of a house purchase that ended up lasting a year. However what let me down was the poor customer service from the solicitor dealing with the transaction, Mike Theeman. I do not solely blame him as clearly he is so overworked and they are so understaffed that he simply did not have time to speak to us. We had to chase non stop for updates, and often when we did finally get an update it was a brief one line email. He would never speak to us on the phone when we called, we only ever spoke to him once or twice and the conversations were literally 30 seconds long as it seems he cant wait to get off the phone to us. He never once picked up the phone and called us to update us on what was going on. He also hung up on our broker when he called to speak to him. He was very stand offish and sometimes rude in emails to us, which is simply not good enough when you are paying a lot for their services. I work in a similar industry so I know what to be expected of a solicitor, and in this instance we were let down.
