I originally engaged with another solicitor within the firm however her caseload meant she lacked capacity to continue. Mike took up the reins and then managed my case to conclusion with alacrity. We were a small family company from Canada who had to deal with a land and housing sale that we had inherited several years ago. We did not know much about the rules and regulations regarding selling property in England and Shweta was very patient and understanding dealing with us and the lack of knowledge of online protocols. Had amazing service from Liza Jary, she went above and beyond to get sale completed in record time. She is very responsive, always promptly respond to both telephone call and email and come backs quickly for any query. She is very meticulous and has thorough understanding of all the legal aspect of house sale. I will highly recommend her for any conveyancing.
