I took advantage of Will’s Month via St Helena Hospice, to write my Will… at last! From the outset Philippa displayed such careful understanding of my situation and played a significant part in helping me through the whole process. Not just the technical drafting, checking, finalising and signing but in appreciating how tricky this was for me. And now it’s done! I have a Will! I can’t recommend Philippa Withers highly enough.
They came recommended to re a prenup. My wife's solicitor drew up the document and did all the leg work. I got advice that felt like it was a divorce settlement, not a prenup. They won't give a ballpark figure for work, although this was straightforward stuff and my bill came out £1500 dearer than my wife's ! It's a PLC so I suppose that's all you need to know. A solicitor is something you should be able to trust and feel confident with. This feels like a money making machine first and foremost. I couldn't recommend them to anyone I know.

I was executor for Uncle's estate. Ben and Jemma advised and helped me complete the Grant of probate and sale of his house very swiftly and kept me informed every step of the way. I had the up most confidence in them and felt privileged to have a very professional legal team assisting me. Thanks again.
Contacted Knights today regarding Wills and Estate and was told somebody would call me back and they didn’t. Also spoke with Devika about acting on our behalf regarding property. Gave her addresses of both properties amongst other details so would have hoped to have received quote today. This didn’t happen, I got one email asking for address of property to buy even though this was given and then another email later in the day asking for address of property we have to sell. I am dumbfounded at how poor the service is so far so after looking at reviews below, safe to say we will not be proceeding with Knights if service is so bad before we’ve even started. This is what happens when private equity companies buy up businesses and start stripping it of anything that is quality and it’s all about profits. Poor service and calibre of staff.
Mr Hallam was very helpful, knowledgeable and set out our options clearly.
While resident in the US, Jacqueline and team helped me to economically change the ownership distribution of our UK rental property which will allow us each to make best use of our UK personal tax allowances now I have retired and collect an annuity. The process was explained clearly and performed on the agreed cost and schedule from abroad. Highly recommended and will be using to update our wills.

I used Knights and Hayley Goldstone to deal with the purchase of the freehold for a block of apartments by the leaseholders. Hayley was very professional and helpful in what was a very complicated purchase due to the change in the law under the Building Safety Act 2022 and the need to obtain a FREAW report on the external cladding on the listed building. Excellent service from start to finish
My mother recently passed away and IBB (now Knights) were holding her papers, I started the request a month ago and I am still waiting for them to locate the papers. I keep being told “we cannot locate the papers currently as the archives have moved and nobody knows the new system”, blah blah, I am starting to think “can’t locate” equates to LOST! Shocking…
