I can’t recommend Rachel Owen and Max McGenity at MLP highly enough. They supported me throughout the sale of my business and were exceptional from start to finish. What an amazing team they have at MLP. I’ve been using MLP for several years now for various business matters and always found them to be super efficient and straight forward to deal with. I recently received an offer to purchase my business from a huge European company. I employed MLP to deal with the sale. Up against a huge well known global due diligence and legal firm they performed amazingly and got the job done. Special mention to Rachel and Max who went above and beyond working long days and nights to resolve some complex negotiations to a successful conclusion. I wouldn’t hesitate to use them again and would always highly recommend them for any of your legal requirements.
