Following departure of a colleague after exchange, Maha handled the purchase of our home. We were nervous with someone new to the account taking over at such a critical point, especially when a name discrepancy was identified requiring our mortgage offer to need to be re-issued. Maha went above and beyond to ensure this happened in time for completion. Throughout she was professional, responsive and proactive. From day one Charles has been professional, personable ,approachable,demonstrated high level of patience ,despite my endless questions. We have sold our house after 30yrs,with a few “bumps”along the way,but with Charles guidance and expertise we managed to reach our goal. I was very disappointed with the service I received from RFB Legal Solicitors. In particular, my case was handled by Mrs Yasam Assad, whose approach I found to be rude and unprofessional. I also felt that my relatively straightforward case was not managed competently. Based on my experience, I would not recommend their services.

Very poor experience with this firm as a whole. There were repeated mistakes, including accounting and calculation errors, delays, and serious communication issues. The overall handling of my case caused a lot of unnecessary stress. Be aware of unexpected or unclear costs.
