We recently bought our first home and were recommended Eric Robinson by a friend - our solicitor Michelle was absolutely wonderful. Extremely responsive and helpful and warm and just made the whole process feel easy. She was also very patient with my constant barrage of questions! We bought our house in south east London so even if you’re not based in Southampton I strongly recommend this office. Shout out to Afshana and Allison too who covered for Michelle when she was off who were also excellent - really impressed at how they ALWAYS had cover lined up to keep things moving along and someone would ALWAYS reply to you and never leave you hanging. Anyway - would rate them 10/10 and new home is great and it was relatively painless experience! Thank you lovely Bitterne team.

I’ve no hesitation recommending the conveyancing services here and would use them again in a heartbeat. We did the whole thing remotely and with Power of Attorney, plus it was a property within a retirement complex so had some hurdles in terms of lease agreements etc. From the first phone call to the last email, both Kelly and Daniel were professional, friendly and helpful. Most importantly, they were extremely efficient in processing the sale as quickly and painlessly as possible.
