In reference to composing a Will, Reuben went through the process very clearly and proffesionally, very relaxed conversation talking about families and an upcoming holiday, didn't realise how much was involved, but Reuben was able to explain everything very clearly, pleased all sorted, peace of mind, thank you again.

Extremely Rude and Unprofessional – Would Not Recommend I recently contacted this branch to enquire about a will, and I was absolutely disgusted by the way I was spoken to over the telephone. The gentleman I spoke with was extremely rude, disrespectful and obnoxious. Simply because I politely asked him to repeat himself, he began raising his voice and speaking over me. I could not believe how unprofessional and unpleasant his attitude was. When someone contacts a solicitor regarding something as important and sensitive as a will, they should be treated with patience, respect and courtesy. Instead, I was made to feel uncomfortable simply for asking a question. Customer service costs nothing, and there is absolutely no excuse for speaking to a potential client in such a disrespectful manner. Based on my experience, I would not recommend this branch to anyone.

Louisa was a pleasure to deal with selling my late father's property. Louisa was so helpful & approachable & even when the first sale fell through she took the time to contact me & advise that the paperwork could be quickly amended for the next buyer & that we could come into the office at anytime to discuss details. So different from the dreadful service from Laurus Law in London who dealt with probate. Would encourage relatives to deal with local companies who are personable & actually care about the people they are dealing with. Thanks again Louisa for your kind assistance I

We cannot thank Anna enough for her incredible hard work, patience, and professional guidance throughout a deeply stressful and complex family court process. From the very beginning, Anna stood firmly by us, fought our corner, and cut right through the complications to achieve a total victory. Thanks to her dedication, my son has secured his legal right to a progressive weekend routine, and we have guaranteed overnight stays for Christmas locked into a sealed court order. I used TG Baynes for conveyancing. Louisa was handling my case and i highly recommend her. She’s very thorough and followed up with seller side continuously even though we had some situation on the seller side. The process took lot longer than expected but Louisa and Marie was helpful throughout the process. Receptionist was also very helpful and helped with paperwork.
