    House Sale

    Fantastic service from start to finish.

    We recently completed on our first home and have nothing but praise for Boys & Maughan. Their documents were very clear, the app was fantastic but the standout feature was our Paralegal, Emily Luff.     Throughout the sales process, we knew we were in the hands of experienced, confident, and competent professionals. Additionally, Helen was appropriately forthright on several occasions with the buyer's legal representative when it was clear they were laggardly, responding with undue tardiness or just plain incompetent!       We cannot thank our Boys and Maughan Canterbury office enough for the outstanding service we received, and in particular, Gemma has been absolutely amazing. Our house sale was completed in just 9 weeks — or effectively 7 working weeks due to Christmas, which is truly incredible and far beyond what we expected. Although Graham was our named solicitor, Gemma handled almost everything from start to finish, and she did so with incredible efficiency, professionalism, and care. Her communication was excellent, always prompt, clear, fast and reassuring and she made what could have been a stressful process feel smooth and straightforward.
