    Making a will

    Andrea and her team were good, efficient and making a will was made quite easy even though there was a lot of paperwork to fill in before the first appointment. The only problem I encountered was getting an appointment to finalise and sign my will with Andrea. I wasn’t told that Andrea was on holiday for 2 weeks so my expectations of getting an appointment wasn’t met. Then when I finally got an appointment it was cancelled which did not please me at all! So to summarise Andrea and her staff were good but the service was not.
