This is in no way an accurate reflection of the advice you were given which we have very detailed notes of. We are ALWAYS willing to fight a trial for any client who wishes to do so. We enjoy doing trials (and, as a side note, we make more money if we run a trial). However our duty is to give proper advice on the strength of the evidence and when it is overwhelming we must tell clients this and advise them that they are likely to be convicted and get a longer sentence. Due to confidentiality reasons, although you can post negative comments on here, we are not permitted to disclose anything from your file to disprove this - which is why we always provide every client with our written client care procedure and advice on appeal. This sets out (a) who your lawyer is and who their supervisor is if you want to complain (b) the process to appeal a conviction if you want to challenge it. As you have not made any complaint or asked to appeal during your case or since it concluded we have not been made aware of any concerns or given any opportunity to resolve them. Please read the client care letter and follow the procedure outlined if you want to complain or want to appeal your conviction. Nobody likes being convicted of an offence, but we will never give unrealistic advice and make more money running trials where our clients get convicted and face longer sentences.

What started off well went gradually downhill. The solicitor that I was corresponding with regarding my case , I was informed was not available as on annual leave but not to worry the new one assigned to me was very good and experienced. Told to meet new solicitor and hour before my hearing to go over case with him but he didn't turn up I then rang Tuckers a few minutes before my hearing to be informed I no longer had the service of that solicitor either and another one had been booked for me . She turned up 15 minutes past my allocated time and was not of the calibre I was assured of as was proved in the court room . So if you want my advice I would stay well clear and pay for services elsewhere.

We are glad to hear it started off well but understandably we are concerned that it went "downhill". As this review is anonymous we are unable to locate the file and assess the contents of the review as to whether they are accurate or not. As with every single case we deal with, we confirm in writing at the outset who the lawyer in charge of your case is and who their supervisor is if you have a complaint. We have not received any complaints at all on any files relating to Westminster Magistrates Court cases (we have checked back over the last 6 weeks) so we would urge you to please contact the supervisor to raise your concerns.

Brett has proved to be totally reliable and stays on top of his game, never leaving any thing to chance. His communication with me has been very good and he has shown great perseverance when trying to reach me sometimes with great difficulty. I highly recommend Brett to anyone that finds themselves in need of representation.

Alex was friendly, professional, and her attention to detail was outstanding. Alex was recommended to us and I am so glad we had her with us on the day of our magistrates court case (traffic offences). We only met the week before court date and she kept in constant contact, told us her approach and for the offset gave us confidence that we should not even be in this position. We arrow dat court and Alex had already spoke to the prosecution and provided the evidence we had and agreed that they would not provide any evidence so acquitted. We cannot thank Alex enough, she made an exceptionally stressful time bearable and her confidence shone through.

Stay away I met Andrew Bennington as a duty solicitor and I relied on him to come and represent me on my court date. He did not get through to me. He did not go through my case with Me and he let me know a day before at 5 PM that they won’t be taking my case on when I have court tomorrow in the morning do not go anywhere near this firm Do not trust them especially Andrew bennington I have been trying to contact them since two weeks as I’ve not heard from him and I finally got a phone call from him today when there’s a day left for court after conta ting the firm for 10 days telling me that he won’t be attended, not professional at all left me in a really bad situation. Do not do not contact this solicitor as they won’t help you they’ll make your case worse stay away from them not proffesional at all

We cannot breach client confidentiality by posting what really happened but this is not the case. We have a complaints procedure that was set out in writing to you at the start of the case and at no point did you raise any complaint so we have no opportunity to address the issue with you prior to you posting this review.

Terrible Firm, Decided to only talk to me about my case on the morning of the court date, the solicitor was also late so we had hardly any time to discuss my case. When talking to my solicitor I quickly realised they knew nothing about the category of law that my case was. In the courtroom my Solicitor hardly fought my case, didn't mention anything that I had told them. Obviously the verdict was not in my favour, pretty much ruined my whole life as I am now unable to work in the profession I had trained, studied, and worked in my whole life. At the end of the hearing my solicitor advised me not to appeal and that I should be happy that its all over. I am almost certain they only took my case for a quick money grab and didn't care about the outcome or how it would affect my life, at the end of the day I know the whole situation was my fault to begin with but I would have never paid Tuckers almost £1000 for them to do absolutely nothing and put in a position where I have given them a substantial amount of money and then not be able to work. DO NOT USE THESE SOLICITORS THEY JUST WANT YOUR MONEY.
