After appointing B&L, no works were undertaken in the sale of our property - apparently the paperwork 'slipped down a hole'. Take your business elsewhere and use a firm who do the basics. Not recommended in any form.

Jessica helped us with twice with a house purchase. First time she uncovered a bogus building regulation document that potentially saved us buying from an unscrupulous vendor, before securing our purchase second time round. Diligent and thorough, would certainly use again. Thank you Jessica!
