    Excellent attention to detail

    Alison recently acted for us on what turned out to be a very long drawn out purchase due to some complications with the sellers. Alison kept everything moving and despite some unavoidable delays she was always on top of every detail. Being a rural property, there were several unfamiliar (to us) elements which she patiently explained several times to ensure we understood and were comfortable.     We had a great experience with Gwen and her assistant Patuni for the conveyancing of our very first home. They were responsive, attentive, and very meticulous. We felt very reassured that they would take care of every aspect of the process, which was quite complex as it involved a brand new lease and creating shares of a freehold. Would absolutely recommend their services and we will be definitely back in the future when we need it.

    Got there in the end with the remortgage but there was big lacking in communication and updates throughout. Took multiple weeks of chasing to get updates most of the time. Even now I’m owed money and still chasing to get it (even though I was told by the mortgage provider it was paid to them weeks ago)

      A long legal journey

      I would highly recommend Sharon and her team for their professionalism, compassion and dedication throughout my divorce, financial remedy and child arrangements case. It was a very long and challenging journey, beginning in mid-2024, and the proceedings were extremely demanding both emotionally and financially, involving a significant six-figure sum in legal costs. Throughout this time, several trainee solicitors were involved in my case at different stages. “I would like to give particular thanks to Abbie Manwaring, who was consistently professional, polite, approachable and easy to talk to. She was patient, understanding and supportive throughout, and I always felt comfortable speaking with her I also had the opportunity to speak with Ewa, another solicitor within Sharon’s team, from time to time. She was professional and answered basic questions. A very special mention must go to Paul, my barrister, who was absolutely amazing. He was knowledgeable, professional, tenacious, reassuring and represented me exceptionally well. I felt confident having Paul on my side throughout the proceedings, and I am extremely grateful for the way he handled my case. I was very pleased with the outcome. Overall, I am incredibly grateful to Sharon, Paul, Abbie and everyone else who worked on my case. It was a long, complex and difficult process, but I felt supported by a dedicated team throughout. Their hard work and commitment made a real difference.
