As first time buyers, the house buying process felt overwhelming, but working with Georgia made us feel like we were in completely safe hands. Georgia was efficient right from the start, sending all paperwork promptly and staying way ahead of our completion timeline, which took so much pressure off us. When a sale in the chain unexpectedly fell through just a week before completion, the empathy, care, and support we received was incredible. I had the pleasure in Dealing with Elle Hall in Probate and also Abigail Windle in Conveyancing. I can`t recommend these to ladies Highly enough, great communication throughout and Abigail even answering emails outside of work hours. Both ladies are a credit to MBH and they should be proud to have them working for them. I would give Elle 5* and Abigail 7* if I could give 7, just for going above and beyond on answering the emails outside of working ours which I didnt expect a reply to until the day after.
