    Great professional people

    I had appealed against a decision made by my ex employer for dismissal and they offered me a payout in which i agreed to . Then Paul was involved and got me a little more. In which I was grateful off . It took just two weeks from start to finish which was quicker than Acas. I would use them again but hoping not to loose my job again 😆. Thanks Paul for all your help and advice.

    Done house sale with Caroline Rooks . Works extremely slow. My buyers has complained too, but was more interested to know who complained and not the issue itself. Lied about correspondence too , cos I asked my buyers and estate agent to see the replys from MBH after talking to her about it. When it comes to the purchase that was even more shocking. My property had some issues with court proceedings that we didn't see it coming and I asked to speak to her about it and her direct replay was I should speak to my morgage broker. My morgage broker undeniably explained that I need to speak to her as only solicitor should talk to me about it . Was made to feel im inconvenience her. Ive decided to move on to a different property and to different solicitor and I can tell you with experience and my current solicitor that I do not recomend MBH solicitor. Its like day and night when it comes to work ethic, communication and speed .

    Our experience with Mccarthy Bennett Holland Solicitors Llp has been deeply disappointing. The handling of our property sale has been riddled with delays, and communication has been appallingly poor. We were repeatedly told that documents had been sent or emails replied to, only to find out this wasn’t true. Reaching our solicitor has been very difficult and on the rare occasion we managed to speak to someone, we were made to feel as though we were inconveniencing them simply by asking for updates. We strongly urge them to improve their communication, transparency and overall approach to client care. Based on our experience, we cannot recommend their services.
