Responsive to emails and phone calls, kept up to date throughout the process and they dealt with obstacles that could have proven detrimental to the purchase. From my conversations over the phone with Georgia and Caroline, they were professional, helpful and most of all genuine good people.

In what was a difficult sale due to many factors my sister and I were fortunate enough to have Samantha carrying out the conveyancing. I had the pleasure in Dealing with Elle Hall in Probate and also Abigail Windle in Conveyancing. I can`t recommend these to ladies Highly enough, great communication throughout and Abigail even answering emails outside of work hours. Both ladies are a credit to MBH and they should be proud to have them working for them. I would give Elle 5* and Abigail 7* if I could give 7, just for going above and beyond on answering the emails outside of working ours which I didnt expect a reply to until the day after.
