Unfortunately, I didn't have a good experience with Tuckers solicitors, You were never able to respond to the emails and phone calls from my sisters Maria de Sousa and Otilia de Sousa, Maria called several times to speak with lawyers Kavita and Adrian Macho, but there was no communication with them, nor did they inform my family that the judge had sent me to jail. They found out that I was in prison because I had to call them to let them know. The solicitor should also have inform my family that my case has been closed; they found out after three weeks they called the office. You told me that I wouldn't need an immigration lawyer, and now I'm in trouble. Some immigration official came to the prison to assess whether for an assessment to know if I will be deport and they told me I would need a immigration solicitor. The judge sent me to prison without giving me the opportunity to explain that I never received the letter to receive treatment for my alcoholism problem. And lawyer Kavita still sent me an invoice to pay, I'm in jail and will be deported when my sentence ends. how I can pay it. I'm not happy with the service provided and frustrated awful.
