I cannot thank Georgia Moore enough for everything she has done for me and my family throughout an extremely difficult and emotional child arrangements case. The ringrose team have recently just represented me after what has felt like such a lengthy and difficult process. I have finally now found some closure and clarity for myself and my little boy too move on. After being involved with being a victim of domestic abuse and also have a crown court case trial on in the sidelines also with my family court case- it’s been a lot mentally and physically. But can not thank Nicola, Harvey and Lily. I will forever grateful for getting the results I want. I had so many misgivings regarding instructing a solicitor, cost was the major one for me, but also I needed to have confidence that anyone acting for me really had my back. I had to feel supported and able to trust the advice given. I also wanted minimum legal jargon and maximum efficiency, I had no desire to feel as if the situation was spiralling out of control, nor as if I was the last to know about developments. It all seemed like a long list but once I met Emma at her office I was immediately reassured by her professionalism, her calm manner and the way in which she checked several times to make sure I was understanding the process. During the time in which it took to negotiate, prepare paperwork and finalise the legal documentation, Emma kept me up to date with regular check ins, she replied promptly to any queries I had and acted quickly to negate any potential problems thrown up by the other side. I was aware at every stage that Emma was acting on my behalf but that ultimately, I was the one making decisions guided by her knowledge of the law and my knowledge of the situation in hand. I felt valued and heard, confident that Emma had understood my needs and motivations as well as the complexities thrown up by the other side. I have no doubt that Emma and her team made a constantly changing process much easier than it might otherwise have been.

I contacted this company regarding a family matter. I was given a free phone call to discuss my case.i was told I would receive an email from who I spoke to Rebecca. I never received the follow up email. I then contacted them again over a month later via chat and was given the contact details for Rebecca. I telephoned her and spoke to her secretary who asked for my details and told me she would contact me. Rebecca never did take the time to call me. Being a Solicitor you would expect a professional service by way of responding. I think I have contacted the wrong solicitors If they can't respond to a customer then what will the case work be like ? I'll find a Solicitor who does take interest in there work and Customer ! Overall a very good and reliable firm. I had a little moment when I was slightly disappointed half way through the process since my solicitor went on annual leave and didn't inform me about that and there were about 3-4 who were passing it from one to the other, however, once I shared my concerns and Amanda became only solicitor to represent my case, everything fell into places and procedure was nice and easy. Highly recommend - especially Amanda.
