We contacted Bridge McFarland to deal with the sale and purchase of our old and new houses. From the off the communication and costs were clear. Throughout the ups and downs of both transactions John was an unbelievably steady hand on the tiller. He kept us in the loop when he needed to and dealt with things brilliantly when instructed. At times things got fraught but John was always there with a cool head going above and beyond what was expected and getting us over the line when at times it looked like that wasn't going to happen. I couldn't recommend Bridge McFarland (and John particularly) enough. House sales are not great but my goodness it was made so much easier with them on your side.

I found as what we got closer to the actual purchase date it became increasing any more difficult to get hold of my assigned solicitor There were last-minute changes brought on by the developer and my assigned solicitor had actually gone on holiday without putting on their out of office or letting me know who else to contact in their absence Which is just poor, a simple out of office with who else to contact would’ve been more than enough But even saying that, the person who stepped into answer the emails in their absence effectively said to wait until their return which again created stress and added delay

Rachel was professional, efficient and provided all the information needed in a timely manor to allow our sake to proceed. Any issues which arose were dealt with quickly and Rachel confirmed actions by email as well as keeping in contact by phone as the need arose. I have no hesitation in recommending Rachel and the company in dealing with house sales.

Michael Searle and Elizabeth Crombleholme were so great in helping us sell and purchase our property! They were really communicative, clear and prompt! Nothing was too much when we required chasing up and asking for help in the process! Highly recommend them! Thank you for making the process much simpler!
