After being with TV Edwards for a considerable amount of time, I can confidently say that I have lost all faith in this firm. My experience with Adrienne Wright in particular has been exhausting. Empathy does not appear to be her strongest quality. When someone is already going through an exceptionally stressful period, you would hope their solicitor might recognise that and communicate accordingly. Instead, my experience was very much: deny, deny, deny. Raise a concern? Deny it. Question how something was handled? Deny it. Ask for some accountability? Somehow the conversation circles back to why everybody else is wrong. Adrienne also has an extraordinary ability to talk over you while simultaneously appearing determined to have the final word. Being technically knowledgeable is one thing; actually listening to the person you represent is another. TV Edwards also seems remarkably keen on reminding clients of everything the firm has done for them. Yes, thank you — you performed legal work. That is, unless I have dramatically misunderstood the solicitor-client relationship, the service you are being paid to provide. It does not need to be repeatedly presented as though the client has been granted an extraordinary personal favour. The firm's internal processes are another adventure. Rather than clearly taking you through how things work, there seems to be an expectation that you will somehow acquire this information telepathically. When misunderstandings inevitably arise, accountability once again becomes surprisingly difficult to locate. My experiences with some reception staff have not inspired much confidence either. I found the atmosphere unnecessarily gossipy and, at times, felt that opinions and biases about my case had already been formed. Reception staff should be professional and impartial, not leave clients wondering what is being said about them once the telephone goes down. And then, of course, there is the classic corporate response: "We're sorry you feel that way." Please don't bother. I'm not looking for a carefully polished paragraph explaining why my experience wasn't really my experience. I'm leaving this review because prospective clients deserve to hear about the experience of someone who actually stayed with the firm for a significant period of time. This isn't based on one bad phone call or one disagreement. It is the culmination of my experience with TV Edwards and the way my concerns have been handled. Perhaps the most disappointing part is that after being with them for so long, I genuinely expected better. Unfortunately, I would no longer recommend TV Edwards. If you're considering instructing them, pay close attention to how they communicate with you when you disagree with them — because that's when you really discover what the client relationship is worth.

Each per departments each per sectors organised by the UNLAWFUL ILLEGAL INJUSTICE SYSTEMS but published advertised only with honest postering Social Media competitions who can be the highest best quality of Services providers. Unreliable unfaithful distrustful publicises harming so many people to came inside UK. After arrived inside all Traumatised knightmare for new comerers. We are permanent Residents Citizens and this much regrets neglects harmful inhumane all crucial GOVT Services. POLITICAL PARTIES chairs taken Competitions only our UK'S main features scenarios who the POLITICAL PARTIES can published highest levels of scams false manifesto if they published housing given Commitments so confirmed they made HOMELESSNESS if huge NHS funding means Doctors has to be opened on Streets Services and own pockets funding Treatments.
