I honestly cannot recommend Mohammed Ali highly enough. After being involved in an accident in 2023, Mohammed has been by my side throughout my case, It has been a journey, and I am genuinely so grateful that I had Mohammed by my side throughout it. From the very beginning, Mohammed was professional, honest, patient and understanding. There were times when things became difficult and stressful, but Mohammed always fought for me and made sure I was treated fairly. He always looked out for what was best for me and made sure my case was handled properly. He never made me feel like I was going through it alone. I overthink and worry a lot, and Mohammed has always been very understanding of that. Whenever I was feeling worried, paranoid or unsure about something, he would take the time to reassure me and explain things properly. He never made me feel silly for asking questions, even when I probably asked the same things more than once! I genuinely don't think there was ever a time when I needed help and Mohammed wasn't there. Whenever I emailed him, he would always reply and make sure I understood what was happening. I always felt that he listened to me, understood my concerns and genuinely cared about helping me. What I appreciated most was his honesty. He was always straight with me and never made promises just to make me feel better. I trusted his advice throughout my case, and I always felt that he was doing everything he could for me. He fought for me when I needed him to and always made sure I was supported and treated fairly throughout my case. Going through a case like this from the age of 21 to 24 was a big part of my life, and having someone as supportive as Mohammed made such a difference. He was not only professional but also kind, patient and understanding. I never felt like I was just another client. Now that my case has finally come to an end, I can honestly say that Mohammed is one of the best people I have ever worked with. In the handling of my car crash compensation claim I would like it noted that Haley Reeves led the claims process with enormous diligence and persistence which resulted in precisely the compensation for which Slater and Gordon had petitioned. My solicitor was Donna Rose and I have to say she was really helpful. She took the time to explain things to me and always called me with any updates. I have used a different solicitor for my child's claim and I wish I knew Donna earlier as I would have used her to help me with his claim as well. I contacted Slater and Gordon solicitors with no knowledge of making claims and no idea where to begin. A lovely woman named Beth talked me through the entire process and made it very straightforward and accessible for me considering my lack of previous experience in making claims. A very poor start initially, however completely flipped and handled very well by Lauren Ridsdale, who thankfully took over my case and took charge, she carefully rectified errors, and made sure the communication between her and myself was her top priority, I was informed of everything clearly and guided on what was needed from me, always prompt in reply and got the job done efficiently and with care, she felt like someone I really trusted to help, and she did she’s a great and professional paralegal, who is a great asset I’m sure.
