    Sarah and the team at Williamsons made all the difference

    Going into the situation, I was genuinely unsure what to expect. I had just received some devastating news and was naturally feeling anxious and apprehensive about the road ahead. After phoning Williamsons and explaining my situation, I was put in contact with Sarah and her team, and it quickly became obvious that I needn't have felt as anxious as I was. Throughout my entire experience, with all of its many ups and downs, I came to learn that talking to Sarah was always reassuring. No matter how complicated things became or how uncertain the outcome felt, she was consistently calm, professional, and empathetic. Everything was always explained to me in a way that was clear and easy to understand, and I was never left feeling lost or overwhelmed. After each conversation I always came away feeling hopeful that the situation would ultimately be resolved in a satisfactory way. Sarah, Lisa, and the entire team at Williamsons took what was a life-changing situation and helped turn it into something I can face with genuine optimism. Thanks to their dedication and hard work, I am able to get on and live as close to a normal life as possible. For that, I simply cannot thank them enough. I would not hesitate to recommend Williamsons to anyone who finds themselves in a similarly difficult position, knowing you have the right people in your corner makes all the difference.

      Efficient and sensitive support

      Rachael assisted with my aunt's estate and Grant of Probate. On the morning of my first appointment, I had a second bereavement which completely changed the situation (beneficiary etc). Rachael was very supportive and coped with the curveball extremely well, given there was no time to plan for this.       I used Williamson's to buy my first house. I can't recommend them enough. They're Hull based so they're always easy to get in touch with and convenient for receiving letters to sign. They're always available through phone or email and they were the best priced for conveyancing I could find without going out of town.
