Avoid if a lease is involved
If you are looking at anything to do with the purchase or sale of a property and a lease is involved avoid at all costs. I went to sell my apartment only to find that Seatons hand not registered the property and only provided me with a draft lease, I lost two cash buyers and nine months of my life. Many other issues accumulated in to more time lost and thousands of pounds in costs.

Attended the CHC course on Wednesday 29th May. The course was very useful and imformative. All the staff were very friendly and nothing was to much trouble.
