A very thorough service, all our requests and enquiries were listened to and dealt with swiftly. Plenty of communication with a friendly and warm manner.

I obtained Adam Cresswell’s number from his firm’s website and called him on the off chance that he may be able to assist me as a litigant in person resisting an application to set aside a Judgment I obtained against a large corporate defendant. Adam was extremely helpful and obliging. He engaged extremely well with me and I found him to be knowledgeable, honest and frank. I am very grateful to Adam for sparing his valuable time and the pointers he gave me. Not many lawyers are willing to talk to a cold caller for almost 30 minutes for free. Many thanks and well done Adam.
I went into Seatons with a tricky legal problem which Adam was able to sort out. I went in with some antrepidation as I knew I had a number of problems... I need not worry, from my first meeting with Adam and his team I was put at ease. My case took nearly 3 years to complete, I knew it would take a while, and I was told to expect a little wait, but I always knew they were on top of it. I would highly reccoment Seatons Solicitors to anyone and everyone who asks! I can't thank you all enough, you have given me a new lease of life!
A polite and efficient service
I personally was not happy with this solicitors. The solicitor I had talked over me every time I talked. She made me feel unheard. I felt overcharged in the few weeks that I was with them £500.🤔. I did complain but no reply back from the owner as he was away !!! Only got a brief unapologetic message from him once back but by that time I chose to go elsewhere who actually charge a quarter of the price if you are receiving universal credits so shop around guys. I did get so fed up ringing them up for updates on my case, I have spoken to other people who say Corby seatons are not good. And they still did not give me a proper breakdown of my bill after I left…I wonder why ?

Our records indicate that during the very short time that you instructed us, you were kept fully informed of progress on your case and every effort was made to resolve the very difficult issues that you presented us with. It is also clear that you were provided with a full breakdown of all of the work that was undertaken in accordance with your instructions. Regards your complaint to the owner, then we note that you emailed him direct when he was away on holiday. You received an automatic out of office reply explaining this which provided a contact name and number of someone who you could have communicated with in his absence. On his return from holiday the owner telephoned you and apologised for any inconvenience and you explained that you had instructed another firm of solicitors. It is unfortunate that you found yourself in an unhappy and tenuous situation as a result of your marriage breakdown. We genuinely regret that we were, in your opinion, unable on this occasion, to deliver a service to the standard that you considered acceptable. We hope you will be able to resolve your various issues satisfactorily and we wish you all the best for the future. Thank you.
Very poor service for a first time purchase,very slow generally and over 3 weeks to inform the purchaser of a revised offer from the seller ( the seller considered pulling out because they hadn't heard anything in reply!) Staff holidays should be covered by other staff surely.

We are therefore unable to look into this any further and can confirm that staff holidays are always covered by other support staff and fee earners. The conveyancing process can be a slow process in some cases as we are dealing with different third parties within the transaction. AVOID - Unfortunately I cannot recommend Seatons as a solicitors. The service we have received has been nothing but shocking. Incomplete invoices and a serious lack of communication. They only responded to us quickly when payment was involved. Very poor

We take all our reviews very seriously and we have a clear procedure with dealing with complaints. Unfortunately you have not given us a way to discuss or resolve any issues. We suggest you contact our Practice Manager directly.
If you are a trustee they are willing to override your rights concerns and feelings. Unless you are a paying customer they could not give a monkeys.
