I obtained Adam Cresswell’s number from his firm’s website and called him on the off chance that he may be able to assist me as a litigant in person resisting an application to set aside a Judgment I obtained against a large corporate defendant. Adam was extremely helpful and obliging. He engaged extremely well with me and I found him to be knowledgeable, honest and frank. I am very grateful to Adam for sparing his valuable time and the pointers he gave me. Not many lawyers are willing to talk to a cold caller for almost 30 minutes for free. Many thanks and well done Adam.

I have to admire the knowledge and patience of my advisor, with professional behaviour. Very focused on details in order to avoid subsequent issues and disappointment. I think your terms and confitions is restricted and needs to be a bit flexible and open for negotiation.

Thank You SO VERY MUCH to Sarah Chan and team for your support and guidance in sorting out my very upsetting property and family law issues- Yes there maybe cheaper services on line etc BUT although it felt costly at times the resolve of the situation is PRICELESS .

We were really doubting when our mortgage broker recommended you, because we felt you were expensive and was going to delay the process, because that's what people say about some solicitors delaying mortgage progress, so we were stucked in between going out for what our mortgage broker was recommending and what we also found out there but you proved us wrong. You were incredibly professional, efficient, and kept us fully informed throughout the entire process. your communication was clear and prompt, and they went above and beyond to ensure everything was smooth and stress-free.More over, you are very committed and time conscious with your service delivery. Did not find them helpful just after money wanted a 2oo pound monthly direct debit could not afford that and other things did not find them helpful
Thank you for your review Tracey and we are sorry you feel you did not receive the help you wanted. From looking at your case and speaking to the solicitor who had conduct of your file we can see that your instructions were somewhat erratic and inconsistent throughout the time we acted for you. We believe we advised you consistently in relation to legal matters and you were kept updated in regard to the costings throughout. We are sorry that you could not afford the £200 per month to cover the work that we were doing for you. As I’m sure you appreciate, all legal firms require payment for their legal services which include arrangements for fees to be paid monthly to cover work and provision of ongoing legal services. We did advise you of our costs both at the initial interview and in our terms of business and we had hoped that the £200 per month arrangement would suit your particular circumstances. We are sorry that you could not afford that arrangement. We hope you are able to find a solicitor that you are happy with and wish you well in the future.
