    No communication

    Our solicitor was changed from Corby to kettering and we weren’t even informed. Their communication is slow or nonexistent. My wife is disabled and they just added more stress into an already stressful time. Felt like we did all the running round and received incorrect paperwork! if your considering using these then think again

We always like to try and resolve any issues immediately we are told when clients are not happy but at no time have we been made aware of this.     I would recommend

    I have to admire the knowledge and patience of my advisor, with professional behaviour. Very focused on details in order to avoid subsequent issues and disappointment. I think your terms and confitions is restricted and needs to be a bit flexible and open for negotiation.
