I was updating my will after twenty years and received professional, friendly and prompt service from Azeem and his paralegal Amy. It was a fairly straightforward will but Azeem was understanding when I kept making sure that the contents were what I wanted with as many obvious bases covered as possible. Everything was explained to in plain English at every stage. Great service, thank you.

Absolute disgrace of a firm. Handling my late mother's £690,000 estate, where she left a meager £2,000 legacy to Babbington Dog Rescue. These people have attempted to use legal maneuvers to protect a house share and avoid properly distributing or administering the estate as required. Completely unethical behavior. Avoid at all costs. Edit…. "You claim publicly that you have done nothing wrong and are not instructed in the administration. Yet, you have put in writing that you will advise your clients to market the estate's property while simultaneously acknowledging my sister's beneficial interest. Rothera Bray is fully aware that the extracted grant does not match the true ownership of the property. As officers of the court, solicitors have a fundamental duty of honesty to the court—you cannot facilitate or advise on the marketing of property under a grant you know to be misaligned with true beneficial interests."

I came to Rothera Bray facing a totting-up disqualification and genuinely didn’t know how things would go. From the first conversation, the team took the time to understand, not just the legal position, but the real-life impact a ban would have had on my work and my ability to support those around me. Anton represented me at the hearing and did so with conviction. Georgina in particular went above and beyond - she was available when I needed her, patient when I had questions, and made sure nothing fell through the cracks. Rebecca and Chelsea were equally on it, keeping everything moving and responding quickly throughout. The result meant that I kept my license and could continue with life as normal. If, like me, you find yourself facing a driving disqualification and are wondering who to turn to for representation, I really wouldn’t look anywhere else.
