I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Nelissa at Rothera Bray in Loughborough. She has the ability to make complicated issues understandable, to enable you to consider options and reach a decision (we were completing our wills and updating a Deed of Trust). I was updating my will after twenty years and received professional, friendly and prompt service from Azeem and his paralegal Amy. It was a fairly straightforward will but Azeem was understanding when I kept making sure that the contents were what I wanted with as many obvious bases covered as possible. Everything was explained to in plain English at every stage. Great service, thank you.

Absolute disgrace of a firm. Handling my late mother's £690,000 estate, where she left a meager £2,000 legacy to Babbington Dog Rescue. These people have attempted to use legal maneuvers to protect a house share and avoid properly distributing or administering the estate as required. Completely unethical behavior. Avoid at all costs. Edit…. "You claim publicly that you have done nothing wrong and are not instructed in the administration. Yet, you have put in writing that you will advise your clients to market the estate's property while simultaneously acknowledging my sister's beneficial interest. Rothera Bray is fully aware that the extracted grant does not match the true ownership of the property. As officers of the court, solicitors have a fundamental duty of honesty to the court—you cannot facilitate or advise on the marketing of property under a grant you know to be misaligned with true beneficial interests."
Excellent solicitors. Libby was a delight to meet. Supported me through the whole process. Explained everything and provided me with the information needed. It made a stressful time easier.
