Engaged with LB on recommendation of a family member. Absolutely fantastic service, Laura in particular was exceptional in both her approach, knowledge and communication. Worked with many more team members, all equally good and timely in their responses. As with many solicitors, LB use executives who are gaining experience for day to day comms, which keeps the cost lower for customers, but this does mean you may hear back from various team members on a particular case. This is not a problem because the communications are coherent and joined up. I only mention this because some people are surprised if the same person doesn't respond to them. I would add that anything requiring more in-depth knowledge is quickly passed to senior team members who are exceptional in their customer service and advice. Would definitely use again and have recommended to others too.

The entire process was made so easy from beginning to end. The communication was simple and friendly and we were aware at every stage of the journey what was happening. Huge shout out to Millie and Maisie who were friendly, courteous and professional and were the human face to the transaction and really added to the overall customer experience

Lyons Bowe have been the best solicitors we have used it. They were competitively priced and very efficient every step of the way.
