Risdon’s provided a superb service throughout the whole process of buying a house. I cannot recommend them highly enough.

While the deal took quite a bit longer than anticipated, this was mainly due to delays caused by the buyer and solicitors. Michelle continued to press for progress having allowed reasonable time for a response and once the other side were satisfied, the matter was concluded promptly.

Dear Madeleine, thank you for your review. We are pleased that you found Michelle supportive and informative.
Anri fulfilled all my expectations regarding a solicitor dealing with a sale of property. Communication in particular was excellent. The only observation I'd make was in relation to the on line portal which at times was a little frustrating to use.

Dear Heather, thank you for leaving a review. We are pleased that your expectations were fulfilled and we have noted your comment regarding the online portal.
I am not surprised at the other fantastic reviews here…We have very recently used Anri in our conveyancing process when selling and purchasing our new home, which was not without hiccups! Anri and the team at Risdon’s were exceptional with their responsiveness and guidance, far exceeding our experiences previously. Nothing ever felt like too much trouble and to have a ‘human’ experience was wonderful. We also dealt with Sam B at the Taunton office who was very friendly and helpful, putting my mind at great ease. Thank you all, so much! ☺️
Thank you for taking the time to leave a review. Lovely to read that you were very pleased with the service you received from our professional team.
We had a fantastic experience with Michelle, who handled the sale of our property. She was incredibly professional, helpful and approachable throughout the whole process. One of the things we appreciated most was how proactive Michelle was - we never felt like we needed to chase her for updates or progress, as she was always one step ahead and kept everything moving. She was extremely organised, responsive and on top of everything from start to finish, which made what could have been a stressful process feel completely smooth and straightforward. Thank you so much!

Selling an old leasehold flat in a conservation area is not straight forward but Risdon's did a great job of overcoming the difficulties .

We used Risdons to review and provide us with a simple Will. Despite the member of staff dealing with us departing at short notice, mid way through the process we felt the service was professional and communication was clear.
