We felt that Nicola Pugsley looked after us very well in the purchase of a flat for our autistic son. Unfortunately, the seller lied on the Law Society Property Information Form, so now we will probably have to sell the flat again with great financial loss (tens of thousands of pounds) and emotional upset. The Law Society Property Information Form is not fit for purpose.

Naomi and Hannah were amazing throughout my whole journey! I was in the best hands. They got back to me in such a timely manner. Naomi answered all my questions, queries and any worries.
