Big shout out to Kelly and Emily. Sale complete which is always good however the journey is what matters. Throughout the whole process Kelly has been professional, informative, supportive and first class communication. Nothing is too much trouble, very approachable. Started the journey as POA and sadly ended it as an Executive. Despite this, having to go through probate etc, the experience was first class. Highly recommended

Having LPA, I was dealing with a house sale for my elderly Dad. The original solicitor went into administration just as we were ready for completion and Best Solicitors were recommended to me via the Estate Agent. I live 325 miles away so it was a stressful situation to deal with. Kelly at their Chesterfield office contacted me and we discussed continuing with the sale. She listened to all my concerns, totally reassured me about every question I asked her and she kept me up to date with everything. She even offered to move her lunch hour so she could accommodate me after driving 6 hours straight to their office to sign for the house sale. All the staff at Best were very helpful. I will be contacting them again in the near future to help with another house sale and will/trust queries.

Amazing experience with Best Solicitors - Emma Gould within the Residential Conveyancing Department has gone above and beyond. After receiving some devastating news that my previous solicitors went into administration, Emma came highly recommended by the estate agent dealing with the property - I’m so grateful Emma was happy to take on my purchase - she worked extremely hard and turned everything around within a matter of weeks when I’d already been waiting months. Emma stayed in touch constantly and just made the whole process 100x better and just made me feel at ease. I never recommend them to anyone, they don't care about you, what they care is the money. It cost thousands just to evacuated the tenants. It's shame. I lost my time and my money never reply emails either calls. Last minute I have been told my solicitor MEGAN change to other ferm and at court TOM came to repsent me which I believe he wasn't ready. They should go short way get your money instead drugging the case for years and cost you a lot of money

I used Best Solicitors to buy my first home recently and everyone there was so supportive at helping me. They explained the whole process to me and Emma was great at answering any queries I had and keeping me informed with the steps of where I was at in buying process, what she was doing with my case and what she was going to do next. I also dealt briefly with Steph who again was professional and stepped in when Emma was on annual leave giving me updates and progressing my house purchase. The Barnsley team as a whole are great and were so lovely to me. I’ll be coming back when I purchase my next home! Thank you x
