Ellie, Hannah, and finally, Liz sorted all the paperwork and problems when I recently sold my mother's house. We did have problems plenty. Slowly but surely, they were all sorted. I have to thank Ellie (solicitor) for all her patience as I know I'm a customer from hell 🤣 I would recommend Switalskis Solicitors, and I would use them again. (That's if they have me ) Thank you.
I hired Switalskis Solicitors to help me with the purchase of a property. Their staff were very attentive and helpful. I also liked their online verification system. Sadly, I had to close my case with them after a large miscalculation of stamp duty. I had double-checked with Switalskis via email and a telephone call. On both occasions, I was given incorrect information which if left unchecked would have caused a significant tax issue. My house purchase situation common place and easy to understand, and therefore, sadly I had to cancel my business with them as any trust has been lost.

My wife and I had excellent service when we wanted to rewrite our wills. Fiona was very friendly and it was all carried out at home and with the minimum of fuss.
After 4 years my case was settled. I could not of done it without the support from David Thomas Chantelle Cooper Harry Aukett At times i wanted to give up, but they held my hand and pushed me through. There communication and actions on moving the case forward was so professional and transparent. Thankyou from the bottom of my heart, i could never have done this without you.
