Leathes Prior

This is the second time being a client of Leathes Prior and have had two incredible experiences. Leathes Prior were my solicitors in the purchase of our new home. Madison King is incredibly knowledgeable and takes the time to explain legal terms to me. I was able to speak to my solicitor whenever I needed to. Emails were replied to quickly and I was kept up to date with the progress. Thank you so much for everything. You really did make this process easier and smoother for us. This was my first experience of selling a property, my mother's flat, and I was nervous about embarking on an unfamiliar process. But Rachael and Angela could not have been more supportive, and indeed kind. Everything was explained very clearly to me, the written information I was given was easy to understand, and they were quick to respond when I asked questions. There were delays caused by my buyer and her solicitor, but Rachael and Angela were fantastic in chasing them up and chivvying them along - they kept me well informed of progress throughout, and couldn't have done more to smooth the transaction through. I'm very grateful to both of them, and consider their fees very reasonable in view of the excellent service they give.

Anna and Izabela were in charge of my house purchase, they did a fantastic job! Even though some links in the chain were more than difficult, their handling of the case and the communication with the conveyancer and the rest of the chain was brilliant. They kept their cool, were very on it to smooth the process, I was very much hands off the whole time! Cannot recommend them enough.

Having bought my first house some 23 years ago in Norwich I felt it appropriate to support local! Given our circumstances & a big shift in the market decades later Rachael & Angela didn't let us down. They were concise & reliable given our family circumstance at the time. Emily has done a wonderful job in processing the sale and purchase of properties in an organized and timely manner. She would also answer queries quickly even on days she is out of the office. Leathes Prior may be more expensive than other solicitors but they do their job well and you can tell by their work for their price.

Jake was brilliant from start to finish when selling my property. The whole process was handled professionally, communication was excellent, and everything was explained clearly whenever I had a question. Selling a property can be stressful, but Jake made it feel far more straightforward than I expected. A special mention also has to go to Izabela, who kept everything moving behind the scenes and was always quick to respond. Between the two of them, I'm pretty sure they spent more time chasing everyone else than I did! Thanks again for all your hard work.
