I visited the Dorking branch earlier in the week around 13:20 to ask for advice relating to my divorce proceedings. As I walked in I could see the receptionist was clearly drinking a small bottle of alcohol behind the front desk. As I approached she was visibly startled and ducked behind the desk to try and hide her actions. As soon as I saw this, I turned around and left. At first point of contact for a company this is extremely unprofessional and reflects poorly on the organisation.

Bill and Natasja were great to work with. They were pleasant and professional, knowledgeable and proactive, prompt, efficient and kept us well informed throughout - we could not have asked for more. We were trying to buy a flat for my father-in-law. Bill's intuition on the first was spot on, and we pulled out. On the second, from instruction to completion it took just 5 weeks, despite 2 Bank Holiday weekends! Thank you! Highly recommended.

I have had the pleasure of working with Bill for the past year throughout my first home purchase.
